Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

1. Returns and Refunds
We ensure the quality of all our products, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order. You can request a replacement or refund within this period.
2. Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged or broken during transit, please make sure to provide a video of the package opening. This video will be used to process your replacement request and help both parties clarify the situation.
We will process your replacement request within 7 working days.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours after the order and payment have been completed.
Since our products include live plants, cancellations beyond this time frame cannot be accepted, as the plants are often already shipped and may suffer from transit stress.
