We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of completing the order and payment. This is because live plants may suffer from stress during shipping if canceled after the 24-hour period.

To cancel your order, contact us via email or phone within 24 hours. After the 24-hour window, cancellations will not be accepted due to the nature of our live plant products.
